What did you learn from using Twitter?
1. I learned that in a very short amount of time I could communicate with other educators about ideas anywhere in the world.
Think about the content that you gained from those you followed as well as what you learned about Twitter itself.
2. I learned a lot about websites, activity building for teachers, and about the advancement of technology as far back as elementary school.
Who was the most interesting person or persons that you followed? Why?
3. bdub7619 was my most interesting person, I sent him several DM. He and I both have a son named Jack, and when they have their next child they want to name him or her Sam. We have another boy named Sam. He had some very interesting ideas for his curriculum project.
Do you think you’ll continue to use Twitter personally, professionally and/or both after this assignment is complete? Why or why not?
4. Yes I will keep using Twitter, probably more professionally because I have no real need for it personally. I think the key factor is here, introducing it to my students. It will be so important for them to have a leg up on technology when they move on to college and the real world.
Fantastic. I am glad you have future plans for Twitter professionally. It is the best FREE professional development you can get! Look forward to having you in my PLN and to continue to see projects you create.
